Jamaine Krige

Jamaine Krige is a South African author, trainer and

multi award-winning journalist. She is also a registered medic who has worked in various urban and remote healthcare environments since 2006.

She has an Honours degree in Journalism from Stellenbosch University and an Honours Degree in Psychology from UNISA.

Jamaine has been involved in the writing and editing of a number of industry resources and guides, which have left an international footprint.

She is passionate about Training and Education, especially in the fields of Communication, Media and Media literacy.

Jamaine has a special interest in social development, trauma and mental health.
